Four Centuries in a Weekend

The Carter House Museum will be open on Saturday, October 21 and Sunday, October 22 from noon to 5pm for visitors to tour the house and our collection of Summit artifacts, showing the city’s history from its earliest days before the American Revolution to the 1830s, when the first train arrived, up to the present time.

Tour other historic buildings throughout Union County, including Summit's Twin Maples and the Summit Playhouse.
